IAM Security Manager
Salary: £130-140k + Bonus + Benefits
Location: Fully Remote (UK / European Union)
Brand new role with a major UK brand who are building their Identity & Access Management (IAM) capability from the ground up. This is a completely greenfield role and project, tying into their wider cloud-native (AWS) infrastructure, where you'll have full autonomy to build a best in class, modern IAM capability.
First and foremost, they need a genuine builder: someone who can integrate IAM into their wider cloud-native infrastructure through infrastructure-as-code and policy-as-code, automating identity governance rather than just implementing off-the-shelf tooling. Platform knowledge across the likes of Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint and CyberArk is assumed for anyone at this level; it's the ability to build something genuinely automated and scalable that sets the right candidate apart.
You'll be embedded right across the business, working hand in hand with security, IT, HR, engineering and business leaders and shaping how identity is handled at every touchpoint, from the employee estate through to customer facing platforms. With full backing from the CISO and Head of Security Engineering, you'll have the autonomy, trust and executive support to build and lead this function from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and automate IAM into the wider cloud-native (AWS) infrastructure through infrastructure-as-code and policy-as-code
- Define and deliver the enterprise wide IAM strategy and roadmap
- Build and lead a high performing IAM team
- Own policy for MFA, privileged access, least privilege and identity lifecycle management
- Select and manage modern IAM tools and platforms, ensuring controls meet regulatory and compliance requirements
Key Requirements
- A genuine builder mindset, with hands-on experience automating IAM through infrastructure-as-code and policy-as-code in cloud-native (AWS) environments
- Senior level experience in Identity & Access Management, with deep knowledge of IAM, PAM, MFA, federation and identity governance
- Experience delivering IAM solutions across enterprise and customer facing systems
- Familiarity with platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint and CyberArk
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
This is a rare chance to build an IAM function from scratch with genuine ownership, inside a modern, cloud native environment with strong executive support. If you're excited about shaping the future of identity for a major UK consumer brand, get in touch.

Staff / Principal Platform Engineer (Rust) — Fully Remote, US Citizens or Green Card Holders Only
A fast-growing, well-funded AI platform company is hiring a senior Rust engineer to help build out the data infrastructure powering their agentic AI platform. This one's for someone who wants to come into a system that's already in production, decide what's worth keeping and what needs a rebuild, and actually own that call.
You'll be working on the data management, ingestion, and integrations side of the house, think database schemas, data pipelines, microservices, and connectors, all built in Rust. There's also real crossover with the team building out agentic memory and orchestration, so if you've got an itch to work on cutting edge agent infrastructure, this is a rare seat to do it from.
The engineering culture here is genuinely engineering led. No top down roadmap dictation, teams propose what needs building and go build it. If that sounds like the kind of autonomy you've been chasing, keep reading.
What you'll need:
- Serious Rust experience, not just familiarity, ideally a few years deep at the systems level
- Comfort across high performance systems, distributed systems, and general feature/web work in Rust
- Strong database and data management background, this matters more than observability or QA tooling experience
- Experience building microservices and integrations that tie multiple data sources together
- The confidence to look at an existing system and say "this part stays, this part gets rebuilt" and back that judgment
- Startup experience where you owned technical direction is a plus
Eligibility: Must be a US citizen or green card holder and domiciled in the US, no visa sponsorship available (due to the nature of their clients). Fully remote across the US.
Compensation: $2-300k base DOE. Base salary plus pre-IPO equity.
