Senior Machine Learning Engineer

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you'll work at the intersection of machine learning and software engineering, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to design, build and deploy production-grade ML models that directly influence business outcomes.

What you'll do
- Partner with product managers and engineers to translate business problems into scalable machine learning solutions.
- Design, develop and deploy production-ready machine learning models across areas such as ranking, prediction, optimisation, forecasting and recommendation.
- Build robust data pipelines, engineer high-quality features and integrate models into scalable production infrastructure.
- Monitor model performance, detect drift and continuously improve model accuracy through retraining and experimentation.
- Write clean, well-tested, production-quality code and contribute to engineering best practices across testing, reliability and performance.
- Research emerging machine learning techniques, prototype new approaches and validate ideas through offline and online experimentation.
What we're looking for
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related quantitative discipline (or equivalent industry experience).
- Strong background in machine learning and software engineering with experience delivering production ML systems.
- Expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Recommender systems
- Bayesian machine learning
- Multi-task learning
- Meta-learning
- Ranking, prediction or optimisation models
- At least 3 years of experience building end-to-end machine learning systems, including training, deployment, serving and monitoring.
- Experience with modern ML infrastructure such as TensorFlow, Kubeflow (or similar) and feature stores is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with large-scale deep learning architectures used for recommendation or ranking systems is a plus.
Working arrangements

IAM Security Manager
Salary: £130-140k + Bonus + Benefits
Location: Fully Remote (UK / European Union)
Brand new role with a major UK brand who are building their Identity & Access Management (IAM) capability from the ground up. This is a completely greenfield role and project, tying into their wider cloud-native (AWS) infrastructure, where you'll have full autonomy to build a best in class, modern IAM capability.
First and foremost, they need a genuine builder: someone who can integrate IAM into their wider cloud-native infrastructure through infrastructure-as-code and policy-as-code, automating identity governance rather than just implementing off-the-shelf tooling. Platform knowledge across the likes of Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint and CyberArk is assumed for anyone at this level; it's the ability to build something genuinely automated and scalable that sets the right candidate apart.
You'll be embedded right across the business, working hand in hand with security, IT, HR, engineering and business leaders and shaping how identity is handled at every touchpoint, from the employee estate through to customer facing platforms. With full backing from the CISO and Head of Security Engineering, you'll have the autonomy, trust and executive support to build and lead this function from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and automate IAM into the wider cloud-native (AWS) infrastructure through infrastructure-as-code and policy-as-code
- Define and deliver the enterprise wide IAM strategy and roadmap
- Build and lead a high performing IAM team
- Own policy for MFA, privileged access, least privilege and identity lifecycle management

This is a newly created role focused on developing and integrating software systems across multiple manufacturing facilities. You'll play a key role in standardizing manufacturing technology, connecting plant-floor systems with enterprise applications, and driving automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency across the business.
This is a highly hands-on technical position suited to someone who enjoys solving complex problems, developing software solutions, and working directly with engineering, operations, and IT teams to modernize manufacturing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between manufacturing systems, enterprise applications, and databases

Controls Engineer

I’m currently partnering with a US-based building materials manufacturer who are looking for multiple Controls Engineers including senior to mid-level junior candidates to support their strategic mission. The location of this position can be flexible but they’re ideally looking for someone within 50 miles of one of their following US locations (states include TX, MO, AL, KD, MD).
These are new roles within the organization and will be responsible for developing, deploying and supporting PLC control systems for continuous manufacturing environments, with a strong focus on creating scalable, standardized control solutions across multiple manufacturing facilities. The role will focus on developing PLC function blocks, maintaining company-wide controls standards, producing technical documentation and supporting troubleshooting activities across multiple manufacturing facilities as well as working closely with internal teams/stakeholders to establish and enforce controls standards across the business.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrable experience operating as a Controls Engineering professional within the manufacturing space (4+ years experience)
- Hands-on experience developing, deploying and supporting control system software for equipment
- Siemens TIA Portal experience is crucial, alongside strong PLC programming, process control and automation expertise

You'll be working on the data management, ingestion, and integrations side of the house, think database schemas, data pipelines, microservices, and connectors, all built in Rust. There's also real crossover with the team building out agentic memory and orchestration, so if you've got an itch to work on cutting edge agent infrastructure, this is a rare seat to do it from.
