I am working with a highly exciting professional services company who are now seeking a Penetration Testing Team Leader.
Your main responsibility will be to lead the pentesting team with a focus on scoping, pre-sales support, delivery, team management & accreditation's. You will be required to manage a team of skilled security professional & provide pre-sales technical support to ensure successful project delivery & maintenance of accreditation standards.
You will play a huge part in shaping the technical assurance function and related services & contribute to the company's wider vision of continued growth.
- Leading & mentoring a team of penetration testers
- Collaborating with the sales team to provide technical expertise in pre-sales activities.
- Engaging with clients to understand client requirements
- Manage and maintain the team's accreditation status, ensuring compliance with industry standards
This role is fully remote and there will be occasional travel to client site when required but it will be minimal. You will be fully remote for this position.

Missions :
- Gestion de projet en partenariat avec l'agence (retroplaning etc...)
- Set-up de la platefrome à déployer (partie opérationnelle)
- Accompagné les équipes peu matures technologiquement sur la montée en compétences sur le CRM
Profil recherché :
- Au moins 3 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet CRM
- Capacité à travailler en autonomie
- Bon niveau d'Anglais impératif (contexte international, + de 10 pays à déployer)
- Expérience en gestion de projet à l'international dans de grandes entreprises/groupes
- Pédagogie et capacité à former des équipes assez peu matures technologiquement
- Une précédente expérience sur Klaviyo est un gros +
