Staff Smart Contract Engineer (Solidity, EVM)

Salary: Up To $250,000 + Tokens & Equity
I am currently partnered with a highly regarded blockchain protocol team who are evolving a live, production-grade network and undertaking a major architectural transition from a Cosmos SDK–based design to a fully smart contract–driven protocol on the EVM.
Working closely with a senior, globally distributed engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in redesigning the core protocol logic to operate fully on-chain. This includes replacing existing Cosmos modules with modular, upgradeable Solidity contracts while ensuring best-in-class security, scalability, and long-term economic sustainability.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a Staff-level Smart Contract Engineer to have direct influence over the technical direction of a live protocol, contributing to critical architectural decisions and shaping the future evolution of the network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a core contributor in the design and development of modular, upgradeable Solidity smart contracts deployed on EVM-based chains.
- Translate existing protocol logic from a Cosmos SDK–based architecture into efficient, secure, EVM-native implementations.
- Collaborate closely with core engineering, DevOps, and product teams on protocol architecture, tokenomics, and on-chain/off-chain integrations.
- Drive best practices around security, upgradability, and scalability across the smart contract stack.
Key Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience designing and deploying production-grade Solidity smart contracts on EVM chains.
- Deep understanding of EVM internals, security considerations, and upgradeability patterns.
- Experience contributing at a senior or staff level within a blockchain or protocol-focused engineering team.
- Prior exposure to Cosmos SDK or similar modular blockchain frameworks is highly desirable.
- Genuine passion for decentralised systems and building resilient, long-term blockchain infrastructure.

Our client is seeking a Training Lead to develop and deliver a comprehensive training strategy and drive the adoption of enhanced HR operating systems across the team. This role will support the delivery of simpler, faster payroll and HR services.
Key details:
Day rate: £500 (outside IR35)
Location: London, UK (mainly remote work)
Travel: Occasional EMEA travel required (expenses covered)
Key responsibilities:
- Define and lead the EMEA program-wide training strategy aligned to deployment milestones
- Conduct training needs analysis across impacted People Team and business roles
- Design the training approach (blended, digital, instructor-led) and delivery model
- Lead and assure the development of training curricula, materials, and learning pathways
- Manage Content Developers/Trainers, specialist resources and any training vendors.
- The Training Lead will also be involved in Content Development and delivery as needed in addition to Leading the training piece.
- Work closely with Change Managers, PMO, SMEs and Process and Systems team

Pre-Sales Solution Architect – Cloud & SaaS
Following a successful second year, a fast-growing scale-up is expanding its customer function and is looking for a Customer Solution Architect to act as the technical SME alongside its sales teams.
You will engage with C-level executives, lead discovery calls, and manage customer journeys and technical roadmaps, including product integrations and customisations.
This is a unique opportunity to work on large-scale transformation programmes, combining technical expertise with hands-on client engagement. You will become the go-to expert for the organisation’s core products across SaaS and Agentic AI solutions.

To be considered you should have:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, or similar
- Previous experience as a Solution Architect, including involvement in roadmaps, HLD/LLD, and creating Proof of Concepts (POCs)
- Strong experience with modern cloud platforms, including Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage directly with enterprise customers

As part of significant continued investment, they are hiring a Software Engineer to lead the design and development of next-generation AI products and services across Finance, supporting both internal operations and external platforms.

You will work across the development organisation, partnering with product, engineering, platform, security, and data teams to translate business requirements into technical designs and guide engineering squads through delivery.
Location: Hybrid – two days per week in the Leeds office
Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 + 15% Bonus + Benefits
To be considered, you should have:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience designing cloud-native architectures, ideally on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Strong software engineering background, with experience building cloud-native applications and coding in Python or similar languages

Azure Integration Engineer - £550-£650 per day Outside IR35 depending on skill set match
My client are interviewing for an Azure Integration Engineer with experience using Logic Apps to integrate between D365 F&O and Salesforce to start on a 6 month contract. This is a technical role with some functional skill set. In this role you will be working through revisions & updates and then moving onto new orders. Experience with integrating between Salesforce and D365 F&O is desired and the rate will be nearer the top end if you have hands on experience with both systems.
